Native to Indonesia.

Action:
Leaf—used in urinary diseases, vaginal discharge, colicand dyspepsia. Stimulates thefunction of liver. Also given in epilepsy and other convulsiv eaffections, asthma, bronchitis, cold and chronic cough. Bruised leaves are applied to burns; leaf juice to chapped lips.
