Leaf: Juice from macerated leaves is used as a treatment for dermatosis, eczema, measles, or for treating sores, by the Guyana Patamona. Leaves are pounded, mixed with water, and used as an insecticide for washing the head to get rid of lice, by the Guyana Patamona.
