ACCIÓN FARMACOLÓGICA= Pharmacological action: Para lavar heridas, antinervino, vulneraria.
COMPOSICIÓN QUÍMICA= Chemical composition: Aerial parts of flowering C. caucasiaum contained 3.00 and 21.11 air-dried wt.% of free and bound amino acids, resp. Resp. contents in C. angustifolium were 2.99 and 12.36%, and in O. mollissima 2.65 and 8.12%. The contents of nonessential free amino acids in the 3 species were 1.39, 1.12, and 0.70%, resp., and of the bound ones 45.30, 33.62, and 25.36%, resp. All 3 species contained the same 16 amino acids, including 8 of the essential ones.
