<p> Crispy parsley is a well known and nutritious culinary herb. The leaves have a high content of vitamins A, C, and E, as well as breath freshening chlorophyll, bone strengthening flourine, and minerals. Parsley seeds and root have diuretic properties and have been used to treat high blood pressure, cystitis, gout, and other forms of arthritis. It is approved by Commission E for urinary infections and stones.
